1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the official website of the Central Results Delivery Coordination Unit at www.crdcu.gov.ng (“the Website”) and the CRDCU Citizens’ Delivery Tracker mobile and web application (“the App”), collectively referred to as “our Services.”
The Services are operated by the Central Results Delivery Coordination Unit (CRDCU), under the Office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (“we,” “us,” or “CRDCU”).

3.2 Citizens’ Delivery Tracker App
The App provides:
- Real-time tracking of ministerial deliverables across all eight Presidential Priority Areas
- Ministerial performance scorecards and progress indicators
- A citizen feedback submission channel
- Official government notifications and policy announcements
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
Some features of the App require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. CRDCU is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

7.1 CRDCU Content
All content on the Website and App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, reports, data, and the Renewed Hope Agenda Compendium — is the property of the Federal Government of Nigeria and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 Permitted Use
You may:
- View, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use
- Share content for civic education, journalism, or public interest purposes, provided CRDCU is credited as the source
7.3 Prohibited Use
